Established in 1997 The Carrington Partnership is a privately owned Letting Agency. We specialise exclusively in Residential Lettings and Property Management and we are licenced by the National Approved Letting Scheme.

We pride ourselves on our pro-active work ethic and dogged determination to place quality tenants in homes of the highest standard. Our tenants are a mixture of corporate and high calibre private individuals. We offer a range of services for landlords from individual investors to those with large investment portfolios.

We specialise in quality homes in key locations in Stockport and South Manchester. We have a large portfolio of properties from studio apartments to large detached homes. We are regularly complimented on the excellent standard of the rented accommodation we offer to let. We appreciate, that for professionals, "time is money" and therefore we are happy to conduct accompanied viewings out of business hours by prior arrangement.

Our business has grown largely due to the vast amount of referral business generated. Our ethos reflects traditional values of integrity, care, commitment and pride in the service we provide.
