Holding deposit

Deposit
This will be demanded upon receipt of satisfactory references.  The Holding Deposit will be used as “part payment” towards this and an invoice will be issued for the balance. Equal to Five Weeks Rent
Late payment of Rent / Rent Arrears
You must pay the rent in full on the dates agreed and in the manner specified in your tenancy agreement.  If you pay the rent late the landlord can charge interest once the rent is 14 days late. You will be charged interest until the date the rent has been paid in full. 3% above Bank Base Rate
Loss of Keys/ Lock Out Fee (Out of hours)
In the event that a tenant loses their keys, is locked out of the property or if master key not available, cost of locksmith will be applied.

Leaving Early

Change of Tenant
