reviewing The Carrington PartnershipA request was made for the tenancy renewal as it didn't arrive in the proper lead time and received quite a blase response. Then a long illness and death of a close family member took place, which had a huge impact to the signing of the tenancy agreement. *They were* informed. What was very disturbing was his response to the explanation as to why the agreement had not yet been signed. I'm not sure how experienced he is, but cold, lacks understanding, empathy and very poor communication skills all come to mind. I didn't bother replying to his email because if I did, it would have been very sharp and would have ruined his day.

Jane and Brad really went out of their way to make life easier for us, meeting us at properties on short notice, always being at the end of the phone when we needed advice etc. Honestly this whole experience was streamlined and our moving experience with them was great and we now have the perfect little home. Regular inspections are carried out to check on the state of the property and the need for any repairs - important for both landlord and tenant. Their documentation and guidance for tenants was excellent. Having been a landlord myself in the past - and having some very problematic tenants - I appreciated their concern for the maintenance of the property. David Jones
